This Shipping Policy explains our shipping charges, order processing, estimated delivery times and other important information relating to the delivery of your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
Angel Global Consultancy currently offers online shipping and delivery within India only.
International shipping is not currently available through our online checkout. We may introduce international shipping services in the future as our business expands.
2. Shipping Charges — India
Our standard shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal and are applied automatically at checkout.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
These charges apply to eligible orders delivered to serviceable locations within India. Any exceptional shipping restrictions or additional charges, where applicable, will be communicated before payment.
3. Order Processing
We aim to process and prepare orders for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible after order confirmation.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays and other operational circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details, where available.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping — India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information by email or another available communication method, where supported by the courier.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including the recipient's name, address, PIN code and contact number.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections before dispatch. However, changes may not be possible once an order has been handed over to the courier.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order details.
We will assist you in investigating the issue with the courier and determining an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable policies and consumer protection requirements.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Any eligible refund will be handled in accordance with our published Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
9. International Shipping
Angel Global Consultancy currently focuses on serving customers within India.
International shipping and delivery are not currently available through our online store.
We may introduce international delivery services in the future, depending on customer demand, logistics arrangements and business expansion.
